Quori Danielle

Ms. Quori, a proud Tampa native, began her musical journey at the age of eight and helped establish the drumline at Young Middle Magnet as an eighth grader. At Tampa Bay Technical High School, she rose to the roles of section leader and drum major, leading the band to several top honors, including straight superiors and the program’s first Lions Pride victory.

After graduating with dual certifications in nursing assisting and medical administration, Quori enlisted in the U.S. Army during her junior year and deployed soon after completing high school. Upon returning home, she served as a percussion and drum major instructor at her alma mater, guiding the band to its first superior rating.

Her career path later expanded into education, where she excelled as an assistant principal at a private school in East Tampa, notably raising student achievement through innovative curriculum and mentorship.

Today, Quori is an assistant instructor and a valued member of the Tiger Marching Machine family. She is also the founder and executive director of Quori’s Kids, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and young adults by bridging the gaps left by traditional education. Through her partnership with the Tiger Marching Machine, many of her program participants are student musicians who receive training in social, soft, and life skills that build confidence, leadership, and pathways to lifelong success.

Outside of her educational and musical leadership, Quori continues to serve her community through active involvement with several nonprofits, speaks at youth empowerment events, and expresses her creativity as a talented visual artist.
